Perfectionism

This workshop teaches CBT based techniques to help manage Perfectionism.

It helps us to think about the high standards and goals we may set for ourselves and why this can be unhelpful. It also teaches us to challenge and change the way we think about ourselves and the word around us to help us to improve our mood.
