Are you having issues logging into the SU Website?

If you are logging in as a Current Student – and you get ‘Account Not Matched’ this is because your data has not yet been added into the SU systems, this can take up to 5-10 working days once you have completed your registration.

However, in the meantime, you can create a Freshers/Guest account if you want to buy tickets. Please note you cannot purchase Society/Sports memberships via this account, you’ll need to wait until your student account is active on our systems to purchase memberships.

Once you have made a Freshers/Guest Account – you need to go back to our log in pages and click the “Freshers/Guest Account” log in box!

If after following these steps you are still unable to log in or create a guest account, please contact studentsunion@city.ac.uk – and let us know the issues you are facing. We aim to investigate the issues and reply within 3 working days.
