Congrats to all students who got their results today, we can’t wait to see you in September. But now that all the hard work has paid off it’s time to plan the best ever Welcome Week! 

Everyone here at City Students’ Union is buzzing to meet you and we’re kicking the week off on Monday 25 September with our Freshers’ Fair at the Business Design Centre in Angel. Throughout the week we have loads of free events on campus in London to suit all your needs. 

If you prefer more chilled activities, come along to our arts and craft events to unleash your inner artist. We have a Bob Ross Paint-Along, a Tote Bag Painting Workshop, a Sip and Paint and much more. 

Postgrads, in previous years you’ve told us that you feel like you need more dedicated events and so we’ve created the Postgrad Students Welcome, the Postgrad Coffee Tour and a Postgrad Social just for you. 

We’re delighted to announce that Club Sport (the Wolfpack) and CityActive have officially joined the City Students’ Union umbrella and we’re hosting a whole range of free CityActive events in Welcome Week! CityActive is here for non-competitive sport activities such as tennis, basketball and volleyball. If you’re a seasoned sports player, you can also find all our competitive sports clubs here, for information about trials and training. Make sure you come to meet the clubs at the Freshers’ Fair.  

For the party people we have teamed up with Native for the Freshers Shut Down @E1 and the City Boat Ball & After Party, set sail on a boat down the Thames for a party on water exclusively for City students. Not forgetting, we’ve got a Bar Crawl, exploring the best bars around the local area.  

For everyone in between, we’ve gotchu! We have a Harry Potter Walking Tour, a trip to Cambridge and a Games Night takeover to name a few.
